A lot on my mind this morning…(& sry in advance for the uber long post)
1.) Tori—the first time I took my SATs my total combined score, was 720, LOL. Test scores are silly, and it is your personality, your creativity, and your charisma that take you to the places that mean the most in life. (Grades help some, i guess ;0) but…) You’ll be fine. 2.) I am feeling much healthier today. So far, everyone I’ve spoken to (including doctors) tell me the “feeling good” will pass as the chemo runs its course… But you know what I think? I think it was Tori’s PB Cookies, a hug from CP, my puppers, my other loved ones, including Kent & my mom, in addition to the beautiful sunshine. So screw you everyone who says I can’t feel good forever… I am me, and I am strong, surrounded by beautiful, supportive people, and I CAN DO ANYTHING.. including beating cancer. 3.) I remind everyone: “What Cancer Cannot Do.” Cancer is so limited… It cannot cripple Love. It cannot shatter Hope. It cannot corrode Faith. It cannot destroy Peace. It cannot kill Friendship. It cannot suppress Memories. It cannot silence Courage. It cannot invade the Soul. It cannot steal eternal Life. It cannot conquer the Spirit. 4.) Enjoy the sunshine and remember to find joy in every little luxury you have. Life is precious. 5.) Happy Thursday! (Woo Hoo in less than 18 hours it is 3-day wknd time!) 6.) Love you all..a lot.
